Phelps DFA, SA Kuo starts his MiLB life

Call up Andy Phillips. Well Cashman will trade for another first base I think, so it's not so important. I'm surprised with that so-fast DFA though. Yes he plays first base terribly, but at least against left-handed pitchers he has some power. Anyway, we can only pray Phillips and Cairo now.

Sheng-An Kuo made his MiLB debut for SS league Tri-City, which is 18th MiLB debut for Taiwanese players (13 of them are pitchers).

Something valuable to note is that most of his outs and singles are ground balls. Another Chien-Ming Wang? Haha.
Oh, he must improve his control before he becomes another Wang.
